Howdy Terrance!The Blanco sink is the crowning jewel of our kitchen. It was risky for me to purchase something from a catalog, sight unseen. However, I could tell you were going to only carry high-end products to compliment your high-end counters. When I looked through the Blanco catalog, it "jumped off the page" and I knew that I just had to have it. It is the most well though-out sink I have ever seen. Considering how much time we spend in the kitchen at the sink, it is a wise investment that will pay dividends long into the future.
I had some reservations that perhaps the built-in drain board was meant for a larger kitchen, however it worked out very well. It draws your eye to the sink. It makes a statement. "You haven't seen a sink like this before!" Having the only seam integrated near the edge of the opening for the drain board makes for the minimum seam possible. The grey color goes very well with our stainless appliances. The cutting board, colander, and racks that came with the sink not only give it supreme functionality, but the visual impact is hard to express with pictures. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Its thoughtful design has increased my productivity and reduced the amount of time needed to prepare meals; plus it is a joy to use. Dave and Steve did a terrific job installing it. They spent their time measuring, cutting, then measuring again. To get that sink to sit just under the surface of the counters, be fully supported from below, match the opening, match along the seam, and look fully integrated, was quite a feat of engineering! I could tell Dave was going to do what it took to make sure it was RIGHT. Dave's attention to detail was obvious. In fact, he waited a half-hour for me to drive from work so he could consult with me on the placement of the holes for the faucets. You certainly are blessed with a wonderful installation staff.
Please express to your staff just how THRILLED we are with the work they have done for us. Of course, please feel free to use us as a reference to future potential clients.

I wanted to tell you how happy I am with my new countertops, sink and faucet. I have been going around my neighborhood telling everyone to come and see my beautiful counters!! Even Rick was impressed. He is my "in construction" friend. I know he had his doubts. I know for all the "old school" construction it's hard to believe you can have a granite countertops in one day. (Well, one day and a couple of hours. Ha Ha) My boss, or should I say ex-boss was here yesterday and couldn't believe it either.
I know I don't have to tell you Terrance, what a great guy Dave is and he did a wonderful job. I knew when you were here to do the estimate and when Dave was here to do the template, that I had definitely made the right decision. I felt like I was working with people who had integrity and even more important, people who really care. Thank you. Thank you for my wonderful counters, but more than that, thank you for being you. "Granite Transformations" is certainly an appropriate name for your company. It is simply not just "granite". This material and installation has truly "transformed" my kitchen!
I had the misfortune of having the ugly white tile with "impossible to keep clean grout" that comes standard with many townhomes and condos. For seven years I have lived with it but when I was ready to change it I was thoroughly confused about which way to go. I am SO glad that I didn't get a contractor or a home improvement store to come out and put in granite. Your's is DEFINITELY the way to go.
Knowing that I won't have to seal it it or have any maintainence done to my countertops is a big plus. Who has the extra money to keep "buying " their countertops every year? However, the MOST important feature for me is that it took one day to install. One of the main reasons I have put off this sort of work is because I did not want the noise, mess, and time it would take to rip everything out. We've all heard those nightmare stories! The guys were here in the morning and by that evening I was baking in the kitchen again. Fantastic! I would never have believed it, this is what I have been looking for! Not only that, but Dave and Steve did such an amazing job and were so conscientious and careful I couldn't have asked for a better home improvement experience! My kitchen counters, new sink ,and new faucet have absolutely changed the look of my house!
Everyone who has seen the kitchen is amazed at what Granite Transformations was able to do. I am happy to have your guys come out again to put a new countertop in my master bath. I have no doubt at all it is going to enhance and beautify that space and I am so excited!
I have and will continue to recommend Granite Transformations to anyone looking to upgrade their home. By all means use me as a reference to anyone who is interested. One look at what it has done to my modest cottage home and anyone would be sold!

From the start, Leslie arranging the first appointment in such a happy and humorous way, Terrance being right on time for the estimate and being so friendly and advising us of our options, along with a "no hard sell" presentation, and then Dave who measured, configured the cardboard forms and also was so very polite and friendly. Then the installation, Dave and Steve did a beautiful job, the kitchen was left as it was when they arrived, floor swept, "new" counter tops washed down, everything looks so great and needless to say both Linda and I are just thrilled with our new kitchen....can't wait for the plumbing to be re-hooked so we can really enjoy it !!!
